1. Free Domestic Shipping

  • Coverage: We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

  • Shipping Methods: Orders will typically ship via our standard ground service or an equivalent method.

  • Delivery Times: Most domestic orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can monitor the delivery progress.

 


 

2. International Shipping

  • Quote Upon Request: For orders outside of the US, we currently do not offer a flat rate. If you are located outside of the US and wish to place an order, please contact our Customer Service at support@vendovia.com before placing your order to receive a shipping quote.

  • Additional Charges: International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping quotes and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Delivery Times: International shipping times will vary depending on the destination, chosen carrier, and any customs processing delays.

  • Tracking: We strive to provide a reliable tracking option for all international shipments whenever possible. However, the availability of tracking services may vary by destination and carrier.

 


 

3. Processing Time

  • Order Review and Fulfillment: We strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), please allow for slightly longer processing times.

  • Business Days: Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and scheduled closures. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 


 

4. Shipping Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, circumstances such as weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs inspections can impact estimated delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and will work to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

  • Carrier Exceptions: Delays, lost packages, or issues once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession are largely outside our control. If you encounter any concerns during transit, please contact the carrier first with your tracking information. We are, however, happy to assist you in following up with the carrier if needed.

 


 

5. Order Status & Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, including a tracking number and a link (if available) to track your package.

  • Customer Support: If you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact us at support@vendovia.com and include your order number.

 


 

6. Address & Contact Information

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Change Requests: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, modifications may not be possible.

 


 

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damage on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement item.

  • Lost Packages: In the event your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or property managers first. If you are unable to locate it, contact the carrier for more information. We can assist in opening a lost package inquiry if needed.
